Day Two

We left West Plains and rode along Hwy. 19 in Missouri, for about 100 miles or so. This is the kind of road that makes motorcycling fun! Big sweeping turns. The highlight of our day though was riding through California all in one day! California, Missouri that is. Much of the rest of the day was back on the interstate [Jim doesn’t seem to get that I really don’t like riding on the interstate]. Riding next to, beside and in front of big 18 wheelers while you are on a motorcycle is not a very relaxing activity! We stopped in Kansas City for the night and will continue our journey tomorrow. Hope to make it to Sturgis, South Dakota by Wednesday [the big motorcycle rally is going on this week!].
