Switzerland

This morning, after taking a soak in our spring fed hot tub, we packed up and left Hot Springs, headed towards Asheville North Carolina. In Asheville we picked up a few things from a local health food coop and then went to Mast General Store where Jim and I both got some hiking boots. We have discovered that our riding boots are not very comfortable to walk in. Jim decided he wanted to drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway. We may want to hike up some trails to see some sights so we thought some good hiking boots sounded like a good purchase. In Asheville we got on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was a bit overcast on our ride today [had a few sprinkles but thankfully no real rain] but we stopped at a few overlooks and got a picture or two. We stopped for the night at Little Switzerland staying at the Switzerland Inn.
